Although there are MANY problems I’ve dealt with in this unit, the main one is bugs, specifically gnats. I have had this problem THAT I DIDN’T CAUSE since moving in and notified the proper person only to have nothing done. My downstairs neighbor had the same problem and when they “fixed” it for her my gnat problem only got worse. 1. Why do personal contractors leave a mess in the residence apartments? I came home to find that personal items were full of construction dust due to my bathroom floor needing reconstruction. I now have to buy new face towels, toothbrushes, and a toothbrush holder. The toilet brush bowl container was on top of a facial towel sitting inside of my tub. pit bulls that attack a dog get a second chance? 1st lake is going to wait until a resident gets attacked then say maybe we will make a different decision after the damage is done. thank you for your concerns for the rest of the renters
1st Lake properties has increased the rent every time my lease is up for renewal. I was told by the apartment complex staff that 1st Lake does a "market analysis" and this is how they determine the rental rates. So now I'm paying $1800 for a two bedroom apartment in RIVER RIDGE!!! What are they comparing River Ridge to the Warehouse District, Garden District, Lakeview, etc??? This is ridiculous and I plan on moving as soon as I am able. OVERPRICED
This place is terrible!!! The managers needs to be replaced. They need some type of security bc of all the drug feels they have. They need to make the air system better bc the smell of weed comes into ur apartment thru the air vents. The trash dumpsters r always overflowing bc they don't have enough to accommodate the size of the complex. There is always trash lying around when u walk thru the complex. They don't take care of maintenance emergencies correctly. The maintenance crew leaves a mess every time they fix anything. ... read more
So much dog excrement near pool its a health hazard. Come take a look and make it stop- Arbor Gate in Picayune or the health department will. Cops called multiple times because scary people sneak in to use pool.
I visited a friend on July 23 to see if I wanted to become a potential renter at the Bella Ridge complex. The community seemed very nice until I pulled in the second level of garage 1 (the hall of 221-224) reeked of marijuana. I was told its always after office hours and near the pool. Something should really be done about this and not just a letter on the door.
I am very happy with the manager Dawn and Martin as neither have anything to do with constructions issues or installation problems and really try to be on top of things. However, I am not happy with the attention to the issues related to this apartment by the people supposedly in charge of such issues. After the workers changed the new improvements, I had to ask the office, who would take care to take away from my house all the dirty dropcloths left here?
