Gate to West side always broken. No security if you come in late at night. The last time I posted about the gate I was asked to take it down. Sorry, not this time. Go rent where you feel secure.

I've lived in Magnolia Creek since end of December 2017. Prior to today I have had no major complaints. I signed an 18-month lease, and set up automatic payments online via eCheck through the resident portal. The original lease expired on 6/28/19 and I agreed to a new 7 month lease to end of January 2020. Automatic payments are easiest for me, and very convenient, as I am a final year medical student in the middle of putting together my application for internship/residency. You try to remove exterior apartment walls without notice and cover electronics in sheet rock. I couldn't recommend you less. Also, the bugs, rude management, etc. Basically your company is worse than the New Orleans Sewage and Water Board.

I’ve been with first Lake for years I am finally building my own home and intended to move out this month in which date I was unsure I told the lady at the office that I would take at least till the 18th of this month she said Sure and then if I needed a few more weeks they would just charge me accordingly I said fine. Now upon talking with her last week the apartment is going to be rented next month and I must move out the 18th unprofessional

Yesterday The central unit in my apartment was going out so I waited and called in Monday today July 8. Upon returning home I found my central unit off and the temperature was 91° I hadn’t received any calls from the front desk during the day. I am now sitting here after work with my apartment 91° waiting for a response from the service desk spent three hours.

I have had nothing but problems with Turtle Creek. I really hate it here. I have done my share of crying, complaining, screaming, and cursing because of all the frustrations of living in this craphole that they call an apartment. I have put in numerous maintenance requests that go unresolved until I get ugly with management. My apartment smells really bad from many leaks in different parts of the apartment that always took a month or longer of complaining for it to be resolved. I have called both the local office and the corporate office to address Parking at Bella Ridge and I am not hsppy about the ibformation I received. Any complaint received by the on site office seems to not be their problem but the residents. The amount of rent paid at this apartmemr the customer service is horrible. Corporate needs to address the matter, and serious customer training is needed st sll levels. Eneryone is nice until you need a real complaint addressed then the rudeness comes out. I live at Northbridge apartments and the quality of people who are moving in is going down. The apartment that is on the pool side on the upper floor on the end closest to the parking lot on the side of the building (the side WITHOUT the trash dumpster) is disgusting. The guys who live there have already broken the ladder that goes into the pool, they also throw footballs while in the pool area and have knocked down the umbrellas by hitting it with the football.
