I'm new with 8x8 i been trying to get my number active from 1 day ago i send everything they need and i cant even login to my account i keep call and call and keep ask me for my phone number i put the phone number they say is not recognized i call someone answer to me only the sales line is open so that mean they can sale but they cant help customer... before i sign up with 8x8 they keep call me and call me and call me keep leave message for me to just sign up with them now i sign up they even hang up the phone on me after... read more

8x8 automatically renews your contract without notice on an annual basis and despite giving more than 60 days notice that you need to switch carriers, they refuse to allow you out of the contract.

I tried 3 times to reach out for help to get signed up for 8x8. The first time the person just sent help articles, no pricing and I have no idea if the service will do what I need it to. I called back in a 2nd time to be told I'd get a call back. That was last week and I never heard back. This morning I was told by a 3rd guy that I was the problem and if I was calling back in for the 3rd time then something must be wrong with me... and then he hung up. I would not use this service.

terrible company tried to rip us for for $2800.00 they should be ashamed of themselves in this day and age. too many other people out there that really care about small companies. Do not use them.

I cannot begin to express my disgust with this company. I have been trying to cancel a few of my extensions for over a month. Due to Covid we have had a catastrophic down sizing of our company and are just trying to stay open. We just want to keep our main line going. 8X8 customer service is non existent or is doing everything to not reduce our monthly bill and account. Horrible service. Stay Away!!

Unable to talk to customer support. Unable to have phone that I ordered for new service billed and shipped. Only way to talk to a person is to say you want new service, not that you already have service. Have asked to have someone call me to fix issues and obviously 8x8 does not want my business because they won't call. Don't waste your time with 8x8
