    MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. I SIGNED UP FOR A FREE TRIAL, THEY CHARGED ME $67 ON THE FIRST DAY, I CANCELLED ON THE FIRST DAY, AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE HAD AT LEAST 4 PHONE CALLS TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND THE FREE TRIAL IS NOT FREE.

    I wanted to like 8x8. Their process for porting numbers into their service is so easy, in theory. However, it failed halfway through, every time I tried. I attempted to request porting via my online account manager. Every time I would get halfway through, and get a blank screen. I tried three different browsers, and the same thing happened every time.     Really bad customer services. the sells department charged me for tasks that I did not request. The sales representative gave me the wrong information at the start of the service. I called million time, left messages, and sent emails, no call back. and then when i canceled the service within the free trial period, the representative and spoke to did not document it nor did he process my request and I got changed fees for the following month.     The initial set up was a breeze but then a total 180, support is clueless all out of India and sounds like they are in a wind tunnel. They are clueless and do about 1/4 of what they promised to do, I do not recommend this company.

    Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had in business. There were a few team members who really did try hard, but this company has policies in place that are unlike others in the industry and can't seem to actually even know how to handle a cancellation request. "Request to cancel"... sent to another agent who has to open the case. "Request to cancel"... now that you've opened a case I have to send you to this person. "Request to cancel"...     Once things are up and running, you might be fine for awhile. Reaching a human at customer service is next to impossible. Furthermore, if you have a question about upgrades or changes to your service, they are terrible at retention. They will tell you someone will contact you, and you may get an email in a day or two, but you will not be able to connect with that person. The service is fine so long as you can do anything you are trying to do through the web portal. There simply is no customer service with this company. ... read more

    ever try to call service? I tried tutorials to run a report. totally incorrect info. the chat bot cannot not identify what a "Detailed call report" is. Service says to go to the chat bot then hangs up. 8X8 sucks!!! 3 hours now and i had a team meeting 3 1/2 hours ago. Thanks for nothing. Oh but sales picks up in three rings

    We were sold a product that hasn't met any of the standards that were set by the sales team. Tony (Sales) promised us a top notch product and even better service. The phone service drops calls repeatedly and we are just getting done with 3 months of work with no results. We go days between calls back to our team. We have been told they'd call us back at specific times and we have 3 people ready to work with them including IT professionals we have hired... we don't even get a call much less the service to help us remedy the i... read more

    Stay away from 8x8! Their customer service is horrible couldn’t get help when I needed it, or when I finally thought I got help I was told to talk to my rep. I had no clue who my rep was but, she finally figured it out but apparently didn’t know his email. I finally got tired of 8x8 and the complicated system that wasn’t user friendly. So, I tried canceling and was told I am going to be charged a cancellation fee of $118 and pay for the remaining 3 full months! Even with my bad experience you would think they’d give... read more
