I would give no stars if that choice was available. Worst customer service and support. Called for technical support because our 800 number we have had for the past 10-years suddenly stopped working. 9-days later and they still can't find their own ass with both hands. The last customer service rep that answered the phone had their baby crying in the background just before we were disconnected. Our assigned sales rep doesn't return calls or emails. What once was a great company has gone to hell.
The worst experience ever. I would put 0 stars if I could. It started off as a great partnership, but recently became a nightmare. Firstly - our call log history disappeared and it took them 4 DAYS to fix that, in the meanwhile we couldn’t even see the calls we might have missed during that time. 8x8 deliberately covers-up a dirty little secret about their 8x8 Voice for MS Teams app. I will not display contact information from a users mobile device. So, while you can technically receive phones calls and text messages, you can't see any contact information. It's just phone numbers or generic caller id info. It took 4 attempts to communicate with 8x8 to get this request initiated and a month in total time. This should have been able to be resolved in one five minute phone call.
Customer service is terrible and sometimes there's no pick up when you call. System is unreliable and our company experiences technical trouble monthly.
I entered my case in almost a month ago. My 2nd extension desk phone was not working after only being used for 2 months. It took me 3 weeks to get a hold of someone in customer service and numerous hang ups from your automated line. Then it took 45 min on my first call with a customer rep to declare that my phone was defective.
