    Do not deal with this Company. They will give you hell to cancel your account. Do not give them your credit card for automatic debit. They will keep on withdrawing from your bank demanding ridiculous amount for termination in spite of giving due notice of one month. DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP.

    The service is what you would expect when you are using it. It's a VOIP phone. The FRUSTRATING and crooked part is when you ask to leave them. The only way to cancel is with their "Cancellation Department", and you have to talk to them in person. The trick is that the phone number rings and hangs up. Then you try for days to get someone's attention through support tickets or sales agents or smoke signals just to simply close an account.     0 stars. Do not depend on 8x8 for your business communications. Their support consists of putting in a support ticket and then sending an email every morning saying Customer Response needed just to ask if the issue is resolved when they have made no attempt to resolve it. They do not assist you even though the ticket is escalated and they are aware that your business is disrupted.

    Notice the fake high reviews? Click to review this company and you'll see why all negative reviews go straight to them instead of being listed here. This company auto renewed my account after I said to cancel. I was told there would be a full refund since their so called customer support team NEVER transferred my business lines to 8x8. I have been charged religiously ever month even though they never called me back to transfer my lines.     Had the service for 10 years, got ready to cancel, we are now in month 5 of trying to cancel. We cannot login, the service doesn't work. We called to cancel in January, was told 30 days was needed, okay, paid the bill. Now it's April I've called in Feb, March, and April and you asked ME for documentation of those calls. They are in your ticket system. Which we can't use so clearly you canceled SOMETHING. But you charged me twice this month. Next stop BBB. Nobody will keep this up!     Great service... but poor customer service. As you can read in the reviews... they hide an atrocious auto renew policy that you don’t have to sign and even when I called to cancel after 7+ years with them wasn’t told about the auto renew policy that actually renewed in the week I was cancelling but they didn’t tell me!!!! Avoid avoid avoid. There are better companies that actual want and care about your business.

    extremely UNHAPPY. I have been a customer for 9 years and today when I tried to discontinue my service due to changes within my business i was put on hold, transferred 3 times and ultimately told that after nearly a decade of loyalty I would have to pay 481.00 to simply STOP using them. Of course you can NOT talk to a person in the cancellation dept. They only communicate via e-mail, odd since the very service they offer is a phone service. What a crappy way to end a long relationship. I wont be back.

    This is my last contact to you as a company to stop trying to bill my card for Services that have been canceled for months. I have called 3 times, all recorded, and was told to call the Fraud division, did that to, recorded. Now I am requesting one final time on a public forum. before contacting the AG, and filing a complaint, and hiring an attorney.
