    Hi, My name is Noe Martínez and your service for the application is not good, I need an easy form to cancel my account, I need help to cancel. Please you need to design an easy form to improve your customer service, is the worst experience with a service for me. Thanks

    I don't use the service. I tried to cancel. Your FAQ is useless and fraudulent. It took an hour to get a customer service person and you want to charge me 85% of the cost of the service in order to cancel it. Fix this.

    The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I went to cancel 3 lines we were no longer using. I was told we would not receive an early cancellation fee for disconnecting these 3 lines. The next month, we get a bill for over $900! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! !THEY LIE!!!!!

    Just answer the phone!! I could not find a place on my admin page to correct an old credit card number so I have spent 10-15 minutes online and now heading towards 10 minutes on hold for billing. Your customer's time should be considered very valuable.

    the actual transfer service is just fine, but if you have a problem and have to contact them for help....good luck, most incompetent representatives I have ever dealt with in any service field, will be searching for an alternate service, after 15 years....they bought out ItelConnect and things went down hill.....

    We cancelled our 8X8 service over a year ago because we moved our office and no longer needed it. They continued to automatically bill us on our credit card. We finally got through to them again to cancel service, and they sent us a check for the unused months but... they CONTINUED to bill us on our credit card! We have disputed the charges successfully each month, asked the credit card company to block them, BUT..... they deliberately change their billing name by adding a comma, etc., in order to keep billing us!     We cancelled service over a year ago and you continued to bill us automatically on our credit card. When we finally caught this and brought it to your aattention, you did finally send us a refund for most of the months, but STILL continued to bill us automatically on the credit card! We finally disputed the charges with the credit card company, and also contacted your company, and you "changed your code" and STILL continued the automatic billing!     Could not get the system to operate properly we lost a lot of down time and customers. I returned the phones and cancelled everything and they still hit my credit card with a $1500.00 fee. I highly recommend Spectrum. Much more user friendly and team is very very helpful. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST PHONES EVER
