Hard to use and bad customer service
Terrible customer Service...8x8 virtual office program not a very good program. Voicemail fills up too quickly. Want out of the contract....can't wait to move on.
Service didn’t meet up to my expectations. Features were all on point for what was needed, but unfortunately the lag and delay in the VOIP capabilities was far from what I need to properly communicate. It may be a setting, but my internet is definitely speedy enough to handle it.
I contacted 8x8 because I was informed that they could help transfer an 800# over to my new company from its former owner. Actually, 8x8 could not do it and in the end one 8x8 office was not coordinating with another 8x8 office to get this done. After around 3 months, I gave up and found another company who was able to get the 800# transferred to me in 24 hours.
The system would not work
Very unhappy. Their sales person is quick to say that my number is portable and after 4 weeks of working to get the phones all ready, the number doesn't port. The few calls I made with the temporary number worked well but I need to be able to use my current phone number.
NEEDS SOME WORK!!!!!!!!!!! Well the Fax service will not accept faxes half the time. So I had to keep my old fax service. The meeting service does not record which would be great so I have to use another service for that also. Then for some reason the phone service goes offer for just few seconds every other minute. Phone quality is good. Being able to get calls on my computer or cell phone wherever I am is great. Text message is great. So it works like most other landlines. Cindy Baucom 910-212-4881
Customer service is sub par
I called to change account ownership. Spoke to Dedo Attick. At the beginning he was very nice. Once I started having problems with porting the numbers and getting everything done he disappear, never returned my calls. We have 9 (dental offices) I had offices with their phones down, left Dedo numerous messages, tried calling him many times, never once he returned my calls.
