    The product is pretty good, but the customer service is terrible. Just terrible. There really is no customer service, they just send links to troubleshoot that send you in circles. That is unacceptable when paying a hefty monthly fee.

    Phone system has never worked accordingly. Several "Cases" were established with great technical support. The last "FAILURE" case I submitted took 8x8 over 5 days to respond to.Two stars because I believe the problem ultimately lies with my Internet carrier/Router. BUT..in doing due-diligence I talked at length with 8x8 before signing up and you knew the system I was using.     I was terrified to switch from At&t to internet based phone service. I bee with 8x8 fir close ti a year now and coukdn’t be happier.

    Worst customer service. Bill issues which gave me a very hard time. Customer rep doesn’t know how to do their job.

    1) I was told several times there would be no problem on receiving a local phone number which turned out to be a lie. 2) After I signed up, I was then told by the same sales rep who lies that my onboarding specialist could get me a local number. She stated she would send me a link to schedule the onboarding.     I signed up for an account and paid a deposit. The account was rejected shortly thereafter and this company refused to refund my deposit. I did a charge back through my bank and received my deposit back, not from 8x8 but through my bank who got it back from 8x8. Since then I have received numerous requests for payment over many months even though I never had an open account and was not allowed to use the platform at all.
