Service had been acting up! I’ve called numerous of times with no follow up.
Service is horrible and have not had good luck with support. Have set everything the way it has said and now waiting on someone to help us fix it. Dropped calls and horrible service.
I wish I could get out of my contract. Horrible experience all around trying to get my office phone set up. Never have I been so frustrated in my entire life.
I have a charge on my account and I am not a customer. They said I would have my money back in 5 days and it has been 8. I asked again for my money back that was unlawfuly taking from me and they said 5 days again. What a terrible company.

Horrible experience! I stuck it out for 8 months and it never worked right. I only lasted that long because they held me hostage with their contract. I paid extra to cancel early to go with a company that worked. The irony was, even upon cancellation they had a hard time looking up my account because it was wrong from day 1. This company is HORRIBLE. People should stay FAR away! Screw ups are inevitable. They lie about contracts, telling you you'll get a free month or anything to reel you in but when you look it'll be 13 months instead of 12 or they'll figure out some way to make the money back. Lied about how long it would take to get the phones. I was told they would send an official quote to my residence in the mail as well as an email quote which I never received.
