Imam not Accustomed to being forced to rate
Service is great when there are no technical issues, but should you need customer service, you may be in for some frustration. When the software was not compatible with my new Mac, tech support staff kept passing the buck, and I went without proper phone service for over a week. It also took the company 6 months to issue a credit of $50.
Their customer service is nonexistent. It takes days to get a response to simple questions. Their website FAQ is not helpful to someone without an IT background.
Constant phone problems. No technical support phone number to call. Sucks
Got absolutely zero help in setting up the individual users and on how to use the system. They sent tutorial videos for everyone to watch but they are not totally helpful and we don't have time for that. Would have liked someone to walk us as a group through the features and how to use them.
Poor quality on most calls.
You came in and promised the world. After 45 days, I still had no service. To make matters worse, you kept calling the number that did not work to help me. I wrote email responses asking for a call an my cell phone because--wait for it--the phone line would not work. You billed me for $143 and will not offer to return this money.
