I’ll start by saying the sales and implementation team is great. The customer support well.... That leave much to be desired. I was having a phone issue and after speaking to multiple people who I couldn’t understand due to the language barrier and then chatting with one who ended the chat after telling me it was a different tier issue. x8 VOIP = Over-Priced Horrible Service and Even Worse Customer Service After 12 years of service with 8x8 (formerly Packet8), paying over $360 yearly for a single residential phone line with unlimited Domestic only, the Uniden VOIP cordless phone they provided stopped working and became unusable due to static interference on the line. When I closed my business, they said I had to pay out my contract and cancel at the end of the contract, when I called at the end of the contract they told me that because I hadn't called 30 days in advance, they went ahead and renewed my contract and there was nothing I could do but pay out the remaining 12 months. I'm now opening a new business and will not be using them. There are a ton of other VOIP providers out there, I highly suggest going with someone else.

Mobile app is always lagging. Seems every-week there is another update. Support used to be great but is getting worse. The support staff is always helpful but the new web portal is a mess. Trying to open and manage cases takes way too many clicks. Finding a number to call is impossible. Trying to cancel my account has been a headache. 3 people, 3 different answers.

I wish I have never signed up for 8x8 Please save yourself the time, effort, and money. go with someone else. I have had nothing but problems with them and very little to no solutions to the problems. Ive been trying to cancel the product and cant even get someone to help me with that.
Constantly a burden on my phone. Unable to switch between this programs call and actual phone calls without. More spams calls than the actually business related calls. No way to effectively block those calls without blocking legitimate business calls. Not worth the monthly fee. More than like will transfer to another service.
