I still have an open repair ticket with 8x8. Case # C1547929 . The initial response was by someone who do not even read the request for repair. Maybe they can repair the problem in 2020. Not impressed. No follow up.

No follow up as requested. Customer service pass you off an never owns issues to help. Sub par company and organization after weeks and multiple calls and emails still no follow up or help. Run from this company. I know this is not a real review platform but will go to all other platforms also as they dont care about clients or would have helped
Since you are insisting i leave a review. Here it is... There is nothing to make right. you left our company without phone service for a day. always had issues with the system not working properly from day one and when you would fix one issue, another would pop up. We canceled service and went with ring central and have had no issues what so ever since. Also you insisted on charging us the full cancelation fee instead of dropping the price for your failure of decent service.

It'd give it zero stars but that's not an option. Disastrous for my business reputation to have no working phone for months and then to lose my phone number permanently because they didn't port it or let me know it was impossible for them to do so until it was too late. Every person I spoke to said it was someone else's fault and they couldn't help me.

Our experience with 8x8 was absolutely horrible. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. We were misled during the entire sales process and were told that 8x8 offered services required by our business, when in fact, they did not. Before signing up with 8x8 I even had our sales representative confirm via email that what our business needed was offered by 8x8. Very unreliable service with no concerns for people trying to run a business, constant problems with the phones not working and not being able to send faxes, not happy with this company as we switched 3 months into running our business to a more reliable company
