I received an invite to complete a survey on 12.13. I elected the option to have a representative call me to discuss my customer service experience. They make you bend over backwards and jump through hoops to cancel. Classic shady company move.
The app is very buggy and we get a ton of ghost calls
The salesman did whatever it took to make the sale even if it was not what I needed That the run around for 2 weeks to decide that this was not the service for me Got a Refund on what I paid for services still have a useless $100 phone
We scheduled a meeting using Google calendar and Chrome, with the 8x8 extension. The meeting invitation went out properly, and everybody could click on the link and join the conference. However when each of 3 different parties, including myself, joined the conference no one could see or hear each other. I was the host of the conference I could not see that anyone else had joined. Terrible customer support and does not support all feature sales said it would.
terrible customer service. terrible implementation. made promises that couldn't be kept. I dropped the company because of our poor experience.
