Horrible customer service and "terms". After being a customer for several years, I called about the pricing and found we could have been paying about half of what we were but because we didn't know to ask for a promotion, we didn't receive it. They did give it to us at this point, then when the "terms" were over, it doubled again with no notice. Spent two hours on the phone with DonDon and he was unable to fix our problems. Case ID: C1213468
Do not go one auto pay. And beware of automatically renewing contracts. This company does not make it easy to leave. After months of paying for nothing, because we had switched services, this company continued to charge and credit card and then charged us a termination fee of over $500.00. Do not use this company.

If I could give less than one star - I would. The service is okay when it works. The tech and customer support are awful - one department has no idea what the other department is doing. As stated herein, once you file an issue, you can expect days delay or hours on the telephone with them. WORST OF ALL -TWO TIMES THEY PORTED MY NUMBER OUT OF THE SYSTEM LEAVING ME WITH NO PHONE SERVICE!!! I own a company that has been a loyal 8x8 customer for 5+ years with up to $750 per month in business to this company. Today I discovered that 4 yrs ago our sales rep added a feature to one of our lines junior employee's lines without our knowledge with a recurring charge of $12.99/mo. 8x8 has been billing us until today 4/5/18 for a fax line we cancelled on 9/25/15. They claim we never told them to cancel it however it was ported from another service provider on 9/25/15. Their solution was a $23.00 refund when it should've been well over $700.00. Bad service all around and i am contacting the FCC.
