Our company believes fervently that numbers don't lie. We took this to heart when evaluating VOIP systems and there was one company that stood out amongst peers - 8x8. That was the extent of our diligence. Now that we are several weeks into using your system we love it.

As a supplier of IT services to the Music Festival Industry, Yellow Dog Interactive Media, Inc. relies on 8x8 for voice services. The sales and support staff are nimble and easily able to accommodate the the almost constant changes to our account as we move from one city to the next and the service JUST WORKS. That is the most important feature, our team can focus on other issues rather than trouble shooting VoIP services.

Don't use their tech support. When you can not do your job because their system is not working they give you to one level and then they pass it to Tier 2 and then Knock or whatever they call it and they can't fix anything unless it is within 3 - 5 business days. Your business can go out of business with this kind of tech support. Mine gets fixed one day and then goes down the next and it wasn't fixed right the first time they start all over again and another 3 - 5 business days. We love the fact that we can send IMs to each other if we are tied up on the phone, it really helps us when we have a question to ask and can do so with IM. We also love the fact that we can see who is calling and reject the call or transfer to another extention, it's wonderful. We also love the fact that we can answer the call right on our computer screens, it is so much easier than just looking at the phone. The technicians are very nice, professional and knowledgeable when I call for help. The phones are easy to use and very reasonable in price. I love the features that 8x8 have for the phones, especially the fax notification via email.

The tech support. I have experienced many tech support departments in my 20 years. But 8x8 tech support people are by far the most helpful, responsive and quick to resolve my issues.
