In operation, our 8x8 services have been reliable, and tech support has been prompt and helpful every time we've had a question. When we were shopping for a VoIP providers, 8x8's sales technician was the only one we came across who had the technical training necessary to answer our questions about security and the technologies used. Every other vendor's sales representative -- and we talked to a bunch -- had to escalate those questions to a separate technical employee. Our takeaway: The people at 8x8 know their stuff.
My company recently changed to 8x8 and I really use the head set and dialing features. I have a little dyslexia so I have a tendicy to reverse numbers on the phone. With 8x8, I copy the number of the person I am dialing from a database, I paste the number into the 8x8 call number area and hit CALL. No more mis-dialed numbers, not more wasting time. I really enjoy using the system. It has saved me time and trouble.
What our company loves most about our new 8x8 service is the flexibility in programming that it gives us. Our new systems sends our users email alerts for voice mail, which is very important if a person is away from their phone and can't get to it until later in the day. With this sync to our smart phones, you never have to worry about missing a call at any time.
I work for an Insurance company in Nantucket and our old system just wasn't working the way it should plus it was with our office fore probalby 8 or more years. When we started with 8x8, we were hoping for an easier adaptable phone system. our office has 10 employees in house and the owner out of the country. So it made sense to go with 8x8 for all the right reasons. I am learning new things whenever you send the email out for new options on this system that work. I love that I can receive the voicemails in my email. Because I'm on my email constantly, and not always around my desk, it's great to get these voicemails without being at my desk! This feature has saved me countless times! I need something that will let me know i have messages when I'm not at my desk, and this does it! And I can listen directly from my email. Even Better`!
I love how 8x8 is up-to-date with the latest technology. We deal with a significant number of large companies, yet 8x8 is one of the few who has created a really great, user-friendly, useful app. An to top it off, your customer service reps are friendly, patient and so helpful! Thank you for taking great care of your clients!
8x8 allows me to affordably stay in touch with clients worldwide while I am on the go. Today's workforce is moving incredibly towards flexible work with the digital nomad increasingly becoming the norm. 8x8 enables companies to stay connected with each other and with their clients regardless if you work from home or in an office environment. It's a great tool that is ahead of the curve.
My experience with 8x8 has been excellent. We are smoothly moving through the setup process and look forward to our new phone service. The beauty is that we will be moving away from outdated equipment and will not be facing this issue moving forward as we move from onsite equipment to 8x8 using cloud-based services.
