We love how with one quick phone call, we can chat with a qualified, patient, well-spoken individual who can walk us through our problem and reach a solution. Each time we've had to call (with a silly question), customer service has been impeccable.
The tech support is very responsive. There was a time when I was having trouble getting calls from customers and Arnold worked with me for over an hour, helping me with my settings to figure out why I was not receiving calls. And he was very patients and did not stop until the problem was fixed! That is the kind of service I can rely on!
8X8 is Awesome!! Now we can see who is in , who is on the phone and what phone calls we may have missed. Now people cannot tell you they didn't get your message! LOL they get and email... beautiful advance in technology.......
