We love the Virtual Office feature. Gives us the flexibility to work remote without the complexity of having to use our personal cell phones for business calls.
I use 8X8 to get all of my voicemails in one central location. A quick call to ATT allowed all my cell phone calls to forward to my office line (after 3 rings) and then any missed call in the office becomes an email audio file. No matter where I am in the world, I can get all my voicemails in one place (email). This is huge. Add to that the fact that I can then process them like any other email and I'm simply a huge fan. Bonus? We love the conference bridge for the 3 to 5 conference call we set up each week.
In today's world, almost everything is done through apps or an app like service. In my past experience, business phone capabilities and visibility has been tied to the phone itself, leaving you with a clunky interface and far less visibility and functionality. The 8x8 virtual office is a fantastic tool that gives this app experience, and gives visibility into all types of calls, functionality across several calling features, and up to date status information.
It has absolutely improved business here at the Insurance office I work at. Click2Pop is amazing and really helps speed up the process of handling claims, taking payments, servicing policies etc.

We were looking for a service to integrate with our CRM system what we got was way more than was an expierence. A system that is user friendly and has all the bells and whistles at a fraction of the price we were paying for standard services. It has allowed us to be on the go with customer appointments but yet have the things we need as if we were sitting at the desk. A great product and great service.
I love receiving my voicemails via my email! It's great when I can check them from home and not in the office.
8x8 has been a game changer for our business. Being able to manage our phones through a website saves us insurmountable time.
