As an outside salesperson I'm always on the go and 8x8 keeps me connected so my customers and coworkers can keep in touch. I've never had a tool that gives me such versatility. 8x8 helps gives me a big advantage on the competition.
I love NOTHING about it. It works over my office PC only. Does not work in sending calls to my Android device; and when installed eats battery life like crazy.
I can use the Android app when I'm not at my desk.
The ease and efficiency the 8x8 system brings to the overall operations saves us time and allows us to be more out in the community marketing our agency.
The ability to send and receive faxes while sitting at your desk is great. The ease in which you can change your settings to answer on the desk phone or the computer, to direct voicemail messages, etc. is appreciated. The ability to click and dial associates listed online is nice. The system is very user friendly.
Usually, transitioning to a new phone system is a hassle and causes hangups and hitches. With 8x8, it was a seamless transition. The improvements were immediately noticeable, not only by their virtual interface, but even in a physical form on my Polycom desk phone. -Brian M.
