XOXO I love my 8 x 8! When employees call in I can see their name and number on my computer screen. I know who is calling and greet them by name when I answer. When customers call I can see who is calling and sometime anticipate why they are calling and in turn meet customer needs. 8 x 8 is the first program I open on my computer every morning when I arrive at work because it helps me get the day off to a great start!
