8x8 has been great for our business as everything works right out of the box. The user interface is easy to manage and the ability to customize features is almost limitless. Support has been good as well.

8x8's customer support. Our company likes to seem to really stretch the potential of 8x8 services and their support has always been there for us to help us figure out exactly what we need. They are quick to respond and know what avenues to pursue if something is not adding up, they are patient and considering of a companies needs at any given time. We think the support really is what brings the 8x8 experience to the next level.

I have been an 8x8 customer for over 11 years across two companies. The ease of deployment, adjustment and varied means of accessing your extensions are great. The flexibility to configure your own Auto Attendants and Ring groups is perfect.

I love the fact that we always know who we missed a call from and who we need to callback, We know who is calling. We never have to guess about the calls we recieved, i can go around the different staff and see what the call volume is as well. i love the fact that we have our call history logs and can easily redial. Makes time efficient for us. We never want to miss a call from our patients and not know they called. Communication is very important to me.

Van Lierop Insurance Services has had huge benefits by going with 8X8 services! We have three office locations and having the ability to connect each office for employees has been so vital in the communications and roles of our employees. We love the caller I.D. for our customers! Going with 8X8 has been a great decision for us!

The best thing I love with 8x8 is the ability to froward the calls from the office to my cellphone even if I am out of the office at a certain period of time. that way I am always connected with the business. Another thing is the convenience of being able to modify and make changes easily with the way I wanted to customize my calls. what I like the most is that I can chat directly with the whole corporation type through my computer and send very important messages referring with hot orders to individual person or to a group of coworkers.
