I love the way the 8x8 phone system has simplified my work station. Being able to fax and text from my desk is awesome. I also like the way it stores information - history of when faxes were sent and received; phone calls in and out with phone numbers. Being able to IM other members of the staff for quick communication is very helpful. Great technology for our busy office. We love how helpful the support team is with our phone activation needs! Regardless of the technical problem, the support team is always so friendly and willing to help. We have 8 office phones that use 8x8 and love all of them. Thank you for your support and friendliness- not all companies are that way!

We're in the staffing business and therefore necessary to be connected outside of regular business hours. Having the mobile app enables me to be flexible with where I take my calls and if I miss them, the voice mail notification on my email reminds me. I love being able to click on the voice mail on my cell phone or in my email wherever I am at. No longer have to be in my office to return calls.

Here at Express Employment Professionals in Beavercreek, Ohio, I love it for being fast and efficient. I love how we can see our record history for faxes sent and received. It is very easy to search for anyone calling to inquire about a sent or received fax. I have never had an issue with internal communications at our office. I love that fact. 8x8 has provided myself and my fellow coworkers flawless communication regardless of the location of the calls or the people on the line. The phone physically fits well in my desk, tucked in my shoulder, or in the palm of my hand; I never use my cell phone for calls when I am sitting at my desk. I love 8x8 simply because in a world where everything can be done through the cell phones, I still would rather hold a real phone.

For Suncoast Partnership to End Homelessness, availability and mobility are keys. The ability to easily forward extensions to any phone and use the virtual office pro app anywhere, creates a much more flexible office environment without losing contact with the community. Our small staff grows in its capacity to serve through the use of 8x8.
