What we love most is the ease of using the phone itself. It's very clear and I like that when voicemails are left there's an option for them to be emailed to the person that is receiving them.

The convenience of 8x8 phone and laptop application
I can receive my calls, voice mail and fax on my Desk phone, PC, laptop, tablet and my cell phone. Having the conveniences to take my phone with me, whether I am with another client’s office or traveling in between offices. The phone services allow me to always receive my calls.
