By far the meetings and webinars are the most efficient tools for my business scheduling meetings on the fly could not be easier that's huge for me. And the history function makes it easy keeping up with who attended my meetings helps me keep up with who is following training protocol it's that easy. We've had the 8x8 system about 7 years now. What stands out most is how self-contained it is and how that helps our business operation run. It's much more than a phone with a lot of buttons to push. Its phone directory, all our contacts in and accessible and easily searchable when we need to call -- and that call can be initiated by a mouse click -- is invaluable. Our favorite thing is the instant notification of and access to voicemails, no matter where we are -- via email, mobile app, or of course from the desktop phone. After that, I would say the ease of access to a whole host of special features that would have cost us an arm and a leg from traditional phone service in the old days. Our business loves everything about 8x8 it makes our day-to-day work so convenient and hassle free. we personally work from the us and overseas so what makes us enjoy the most out of all the great features you provide to our business would be the fact we can have the mobile app on our personal cell phones and that way be on the go, without missing any call from our customers.
We can receive and make calls whenever and wherever. There was one time when my polycom is not working, and I have lots of meetings to host within the day, good thing that 8x8 have a soft phone. 8x8 saved my day!
Oh man, been rocking 8X8 since 08 and I can't tell how pleased I am. It's all good form the customer service to their clear connections, you simply cannot go wrong!
The 8x8 platform is very intuitive and simple to use. 8x8 has reduced our costs, not only on a monthly basis, but also our installation and upgrade costs. We will occasionally have a full office meeting, and within a couple of clicks, we are able to send everything to our Auto Attendent, when our typical policy is to have the phone answered by our receptionist.
