In the world of non profit it is very difficult to rely on being at your desk. Having the ability to take your desk with you, and not give out personal mobile numbers is awesome! The virtual voicemail is a great tool and makes life o much easier!
8x8 keeps me connected to my coworkers and clients. My life is dynamic, so no matter where I am, 8x8 allows me stay plugged into the work I love. PS: I met my wife on 8x8. We've been married now for 20 years. I want that iPad :)
What our business loves most about 8x8 services is the over-all flexibility if grants our users. The use of the softphone and ease of changing settings truly puts VoIP in the cloud and clearly makes 8x8 a leader in the VaaS market.
I love the fact that the service people are always cheerful and extremely knowledgeable. They stay with you on the phone while they are answering your questions and never transfer you around the company. they take ownership of what they are doing. I also love the fact that when the phones arrive your office they are plug and play really nothing to do but just watch them boot up and start using them. All of this while being very cost efficient! Great company to do business with.
That it gives us more time, great savings, and a hassle-free way of running our day-to-day operations. Voicemail to email is my favorite feature.

We love 8x8 because it works great! We never miss a call with the find me follow me features! They also saved me from a real problem ... My phone number was wrongfully ported away from an old virtual office and they did an amazing job retrieving it and getting my business back up and running! Very Happy!
I am new to 8X8 however it's probably the BEST tool I've ever used in my 20+ years working in Customer Service. It's easy(user friendly), extremely functional and efficient. When you're on the phone all day working it's a huge time saver. I wish I had this at home!! Christine
