We switched to 8x8 and it has been incredible. I love that my office number can ring to my cell phone. As somebody who is often traveling, having my office ring to my cell phone has made it possible for me to keep my cell phone number private. It is also great that my messages are sent to my e-mail inbox. I can easily forward a message meant for a different department. It is user friendly and hassle free. I don't know how we went this long with our old system and wish we would have switched sooner!
