I love the 8x8 unified communications platform. No matter where I am I can deliver world class seamless service to our clients. As a small firm we rely on technology to give us an even footing with the big guys. Working from home or the beach isn't too bad either.
We appreciate the help you give us when needed. We like the consistency of the service. The simplicity of the system helps a lot.
The interface is easy, and user friendly. Clunky office apps can be burdensome. Also the support from 8x8 is exceptional.
I love 8x8 services because I work remotely from Allbound (my AWESOME start-up employer) and 8x8 allows me to stay connected, and answer calls whether I'm working at home, in a coffee shop, or in our headquarters in Phoenix.

My favorite part of 8X8 services is getting a recording of a voicemail emailed to me. Saves so much time and hassle and allows me to respond to my clients as quickly and efficiently as possible!
My favorite part of the 8x8 service is the fact that my voicemails are delivered directly to my email inbox. No matter where I am, if someone leaves me a message I can get that message.
The flexibility that 8x8's services offer our expanding law firm have made that expansion nearly effortless. We have one seamless phone and fax system that fully integrates without any work other than plugging in a phone or logging into an app in any of our offices. I was having a difficult time dealing with some of the local internet providers that also offer phone service. I found 8x8 online and the sales rep I spoke to Sandi, took care of me and in 1 day I had my questions answered, my order complete and she identified the products and services I needed without overselling me.
