We love the simplicity and integration of 8x8 services. We've grown a lot recently and as a result we've had to add 4 new phone lines, which also meant we had to update our auto attendant and phone system. The 8x8 online account manager made everything so easy and straightforward. We were able to get everything set up in an afternoon. And the integration of Virtual Office across desktop, online and mobile app makes phone, fax and voicemail a breeze!

I love that it is very user friendly. It has been a terrific tool to update client's phone numbers. I also love that we can see who is calling so that client can be answered by the appropriate person to maximize customer service. Very easy to use system, love it!

Having two phones in the office, I get missed call alerts when the line was answered on the other phone, so sometimes I don't see the voicemail alerts. It's nice to get an email letting me know I have a voicemail. It is also convenient to be able to click play on my computer rather than dialing my passcode on the phone.

We love virtual office. It helps us communicate between two offices. We can instant message each other while on the phone with clients. We also like to send faxes directly from the app. Being able to access this is also beneficial to the owners because they can work from home and still communicate with us. I couldn't imagine working without it.

It's simple; I did my research on the top 10 VOIP's and narrowed it down to 8x8 and Nextiva based input form others. Because Nextiva was strongly recommended by a trusted source I gave them a shot. After a few rounds of poor customer service and technical support I pulled the plug and went with 8x8. I never looked back; the sales, customer service, and technical support are all first in class and superior to the competition! The various ways we can access our phone line. We have staff who use desk phones, softphone and the cell phone apps, so we are using all of the options available at one time or another.
