We love the ability to access our office phone lines from anywhere. We often have to work remotely and having a presence in the office helps keep everyone connected and looks better to our clients.

The flexibility. I work remotely so it's not always easy to take my desk phone along with me, but with 8x8 I have my desk line wherever I go. I love the Virtual Office app, and the web conferencing really helps me connect with clients and co-workers. 8x8 helps me feel like I'm always in the office - even though I'm usually not.
As a school teacher, I enjoy the fact that I can recieve and make calls from my classroom instead of having to give out my cell phone number or having to constantly check my emails to see if someone has returned my initial call. Another enjoyable aspect is the instant message feature through the desktop app. Instead of emailing or calling my classroom and disrupting my class with the phone ringing, teachers and other staff members are able to send me a message and we are able to communicate seamlessly without issue.
When I came to my company in January of this year I found a large amount of outdated technology being used to run the day to day operations. The redundancy and overall cost of these systems was an unnecessary drain on the operating budget. In transportation and logistics, efficient and accurate communication is the most important factor for operating a successful business. This product has made that possible for my agency by providing text to landline, in depth call records , and no fail call forwarding to our cell phones. I love most that I can rely on the 8x8 product to record and channel all necessary communications for my business.
I like the 8X8 because it is easy to use and simple to navigate. What more do you need in a system? It is a easy to navigate as my cell phone and much less complex than my house phone. 8X8 is the way to go.
I use it at work. I like that I can enter phone numbers using my keypad, including using the paste function. The interface for the desktop client is pretty good. That said, the interface could be better--for example, I can't copy text from the interface, and it's a little unclear where the chat feature is unless you go to contacts first. And I have experienced dropped calls or unexpected freezes a little too frequently.
We love 8x8 so much! It brings us more leads and more sale! Its very great!
