Love is a strong word, but I have to say,nothing, so far...I do like the voicemail feature that you do not have to call in to retrieve a voice message and you do not need to enter a password.
8X8 is always there when I need them. I can check my voice messages through my email, and play them back anytime. With 8X8, I don't have to be in the office. The office is wherever I am, day or night. And 8X8's customer service is friendly and helpful. Thank you 8X8!
As i'm typing this I am sitting in one of my branch offices with my Polycom phone sitting right next to me. I have been able to seamlessly move from one office to the next (4 so far not including my home office) without any disruption. Even if i dont want to bring my Polycom I just login on my iPad and i'm all set.

There is so much flexibility with Ring Groups. We have a number of virtual lines that point to ring groups so we can answer the phone in different ways, depending on what line the caller uses. We can change, with ease, those groups depending on people's availability.
I like how I never miss any calls if I am not even there to pick them up. They show up in my inbox or wanting for me when I get back to my desk. The touch functions are easy and very functional. I can find and call contacts in an instance.

The ability to flex between the desktop phone and the app for employees that work both in the office and at home. The app is also more helpful for checking VM than the desktop, you can see call duration and know that a 2-4 second call is most likely a hang-up and it can be deleted. Thanks!
