I work for a school district in the Special Ed Dept at the district office and we love the 8x8 system. My top 5 features that I love. 1. Looking up phone numbers on my computer - very handy saves time 2. listening to voicemails on my computer - very handy saves time 3. Easy to change outgoing message 4. Easy listening to voicemails - not a lot of prompts to go through 5. I LOVE my headset...easy to use
What I love the most about 8x8 is that I don't feel tied down. Whether I'm on a business trip or out at lunch, I can still receive my business calls on the 8x8 mobile app and provide the great support to our customers that our company is known for. We get a lot of inbound calls and the 8x8 Auto Attendant really streamlined the process of getting the right callers to the right staff members. We are a small non-profit helping low income residents. We started out using home phones. When we ran ads with two home numbers, they usually only called the second number when the first was busy. With 8x8, we now have 4 phones that all ring at once in 4 different homes. We no longer have to take calls at 6:30 in the morning or at 10:15 at night. There are no phones ringing on the weekends either; voicemail handles that for us. All of this and more came at a price we can afford.
The features that are available and the information that is captured when a call comes in. I hardly see any 'unavailable', 'restricted' or 'private' callers. Instead a name and number is captured. The voicemail system is user friendly, someone in my office is technology illiterate and he can access it all just fine. Transferring is simple and I love all the space available for favorite numbers.

I love 8x8 services because my calls are answered when I can't catch the phone and I can retrieve my messages at my convenience. Getting an email containing the wav file so I can listen to the message even if my phone is not available! It's easy to change your personal greeting to let callers know when you will be unavailable for an extended period. 8x8 is the best!
