What I love most is the cost savings. We used to use Verizon and the bills kept going up. 8x8 saved us a ton of money!
We love how easy 8x8 is to use. It allows us to see when another team member is on the phone/ off-line/ etc. We also love the fax feature and the history function. I work remote and it is a life-saver to me while at home and on the road. I look forward to using 8x8 for a very long time, and look forward to seeing the future technology upgrades will be! The ability to use my office phone remotely from a computer. I also like the ability to see faxes as well as caller ID.
8x8's setup was quick and easy, even for an admin person like me! Also, we saved money on cancelling all of our conference call accounts since that feature is built right in. So far, no issues at all (over 6 months).
