Our business is actually a church. What I love about 8x8 is the options it gives me. Whether I am in my office, on the go on my cell phone, or at home through the web it keeps me connected to the people of my church more conveniently. The ability for my voicemails which come through on email is a great benefit too to make sure I don't miss anything critical just because I am away from my desk. 8x8 was by far the right choice for our staff. The connectivity and the fact that that you don't have to work hard for it. "Don't make me think, just connect us" is a pretty apt description. I especially love that I can check in from a mobile device as I have to travel quite often.
I like that I can call clients from my cell phone and not have them get my number!!!!!
Our management staff is off work on Fridays, but we need to have a receptionist presence so, for years, we have had a receptionist commuting to the office and working the desk/phone all by herself. efficient - this is the word I would like to describe the 8*8 services. Especially, I like the 8*8 app for my computer. It is so convenient, simple and easy. Just like the old-fashion MSN chat app - login when you start your computer, chat with people - very simple and easy. As a short story - the client is coming and wait to see my colleague but she is on the phone, I send her the message via 8*8 without disturbed her phone call. I appreciate the service from 8*8.
