Flexibility of programming which can be done from office or home on 8x8 website. Easy installation and customer service support. Sound quality is great with few dropped calls. Love having multiple office locations connected in one phone system for easy call transfer. 8x8 phone app is great so that calls are automatically routed through 8x8 app and my physicians don't have to remember to block their cell phone number when returning patient phone calls in the middle of the night. At my job being able to work 24/7/365 is just part of the job. Having a phone service that is able to be where ever I am helps me not loose out on business. JUST THINK RETURNING A CALL TO SOMEONE WHO LEFT A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE SIMPLY Y PRESSING A BUTTON WITHOUT HAVING TO LOOK UP A NUMBER OR DIAL, AND EVEN FROM A REMOTE TELLEPHONE. GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT IN TECHNOLOGY. THANK YOU.

I'll never forget the time the communications in the entire building went out during a terrible storm here in New Orleans (as you know we get these types of storms frequently). The 8x8 Unified Communication Services have integrated the simplicity of what could be with the complexity of what is our continued growth of our non-profit organization of Community Action Corporation of South Texas. I like the idea of having all of our internal company extensions listed and the ability to quickly search by name. The extension number rather than having to dial the whole 10 digit telephone number is also very handy and efficient. I also like the feature of adding a photo to your profile, but most people at our company have not done that yet. Putting a face to a name is a good option in the system.
