Easy worldwide calling, amazing voicemail system that even if I am not at my desk I get the voicemail on my email.
Crisp and clear instructions for setting up as well as the customer support to resolve any issues.
It may be simple to others, it may even be an ancient function considering the many options that 8x8 has to offer but what I love about 8x8, the caller pop up when someone calls our office. It saves time by not having to look up the clients file, and it also serves as a reminder to return a call if needed. I leave the "file card" open on my screen until I have called the client back. Simple, functional, handy, easy, helpful- need i say more?
