With the coming holidays and the ones past, 8x8 makes it very easy to set the phones on a holiday schedule with the appropriate greetings to match each one, and the auto attendant allows us to help our customers even when we are not in the office. I love the ease of the PolyCom, retriving voice mails and of course faxing never made easier. 8X8 customer service is wonderful always willing to help when needed. And of course the pricing. EXCELLENT.
I LOVE getting my voice-mail messages through my email. Sometimes I'm away from my phone and don't have it forwarded. But if I am working online I see my email constantly so know immediately when I have a message. I don't have to check periodically for messages and waste time.
