I love the convenience of being able to access my work phone any where that I go. Being able to check my voicemail and fax through a link in my email makes each process quick and easy, which is exactly what we need with a busy schedule! I work at a telephone based business, and we have had nothing but positive things to say about 8x8!

I love the flexibility of working remotely and still being able to connect people with those they need to speak with-- and the ability to forward voicemails to others via email is an incredible time-saving tool for our Church.

8x8 is a reliable service provider, with super responsive technicians to field and address any concerns you may have. 8x8 had a wide variety of product types and their online account maintenance application allows me to access my account information 24/7. I am glad I went with 8x8.

Being a remote worker, is was simple and practical to set up our company phone line through 8x8. I am able to receive and transfer calls just like I'm actually in the office! 8x8 is an excellent solution for any organization with remote employees.

We have had an old phone system for the longest time and once someone introduced us to the 8x8 system, I knew it would help us in a major way. 8X8, simply provides us with the ability to always be connected to our office phones. The system and app works so easy that some of the older people in our company were able to understand the system in a heartbeat. I have never used this program before until I started this new position. I LOVE this program. I have capability to send a fax while working on other items. Receiving a confirmation of my fax, documenting my database and keeping fax numbers used quite frequently all in one simple place. I also like the fact that I can listen to a voicemail from my computer and update my contacts from my desktop for easy access.

I had a very unique challenge. I needed my phone to ring to the Receptionist on duty at one location which would also require a second phone number to be able to send over to transfer a call into my voice mail as well as if the Receptionist was busy and not able to answer the call, I needed the System to know to dial the second number. I also needed access to be able to pick up my phone calls coming in at my office from any mobile location using my cell phone.
