We love the freedom and flexibility it allows our employees. 8x8 allows our employees to be more accessible while at the same time have more time away from the office. I never thought that could be true!
The integration to voicemail and phone services is the most useful for me. It adds a lot of value to be able to check voicemails right from the computer.
My company purchased new phones from 8X8 after receiving the phones and having spent almost 4 hours with support on the phone setting them up and programming them, the next day I come in and find out that they do not work. I was very frustrated and upset. I called my account rep who was sooo helpful. It turns out the phones I had ordered and purchased weren't wireless. Your tech and sales people are so very refreshing! When I call with a problem, they hang in there with me for as long as it takes to solve it. And once it is solved, they even check back with me to make sure everything is working okay. Everyone with whom I have come in contact there has been most professional and helpful. 8x8 is the most flexible phone system my company has ever used. The ability to expend nationally is eased with our ability to have employees on the same phone platform.
I've been in the manufactured home industry for 14 years, and every day I have the same routine. Regardless of the four different plants I've worked at, it's the same. I turn on my PC and check my emails, checking phone messages was always the last thing I checked. with 8x8 email voice mail emails, I get to check both emails and voice mails all in one shot getting back to customers in a timely manner. I've changed my routine a little but my efficiency has increased a lot.
