I love that as a small entity we have a big presence.
The ease to make changes of all aspects of program. IE add change extensions ,grouping,out of office messages. We can do it all from our computer big time saver
There are lots of reasons we really like 8X8, but the main reasons are the support we get from our contacts when we have a question, and the ability to transfer calls from one office to another. The dedicated fax line for each extention is really great too. It's nice to finally have 21st century communications available.
i love getting my office voicemails on my iPhone so no matter where i am i can always return calls s if iwas right at my desk. no operator just a click away from listening to a message…brilliant!
I love all the features of your auto attendant. It is so diverse, and can be accessed from anywhere. With Winter soon upon us it, it's so convenient to be able to log in from my home computer and make the necessary changes to our system when the weather prohibits us from coming into the office. We don't have to travel in bad weather, and at the same time, we don't inconvenience our clients.
When I started at my new company and was given an 8x8 phone to use I was amazed how versitile it was! Not only can the phone itself do almost everything a spaceship can do, IT personell helped me download the app onto my mobile device. With this app, I can easily dial anyone at the office from my cell phone with just a 3 digit extension and I am available to my clients and coworkers at all times even when I am not in the office. Thanks for this great product!
