We love 8 X 8 because it is so user friendly and does everything we need and more. This is by far the best communication system I have used. Everyone here at the office uses this system from regular phone calls to conference calls and transfer of calls to personal cell phones while we are away from the office. The organization of everything. This is like a one stop shop for my communication needs within my office. I can see our phone directory, view and listen to voice mails, see my call history, and basically run my business through 8x8. This is the solution we have needed for a very long time. It saves our employees time by not having them look everywhere for contact information. That is time better served doing their jobs. 8x8 is the best software for managing your communication needs.

Tracking our call logs is essential to our success. As a sales team we are able to view each extension individual outbound calls. This makes it easy to track our success as well as set and maintain our performance goals, daily, weekly , monthly. Great feature. We had an old Verizon phone system in our office about 3 years ago which worked fine in our then one location. When we decided to split our business into 2 separate offices and the old phone system could not handle it. Now, thanks to 8X8, when someone calls our main number they don't even realize when they press X1 it transfers them to a completely different town than X2 for instance. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, most of my day is working remotely. 8x8 is the best tool for my business to receive necessary financial documents for my clients. A lot of people still don't have access to scanners, especially some rural areas. The best part of 8x8 is that I can quickly dial to my coworkers or customers from my desktop and even my mobile. When I was traveling to Europe for business trip, I can easily contact my coworker in US without a sweat.
