What I love most about 8X8 is the e-mail notification that you have a voice mail message. I like having the notification on my e-mail and then I can listen to the message directly from the notification and I don't have to pick up the phone and listen from there. It leaves me free to look things up as I am listening to the message.

8x8 has so many features that are suitable for my company. We have many employees who work from their homes and 8x8 makes it possible to communicate with each other all day, every day. The cost is reasonable and the customer service is phenomenal. Anytime I need help as an administrator, they are always there for me. ERP Solutions LOVES 8x8!

I love the 8x8 phone system. I find it very user friendly and even if you have a problem the customer support is outstanding. I use the 8x8 app on my cell phone and whenever I leave the office I can STILL answer the phone. I have the app on my desktop and it shows me who is calling if I'm busy there is no need to pick up. Another amazing feature is once I have a phone from 8x8 I can take that phone anywhere I want and just keep using that extension. The forward features, the auto attendant features.
