The first thing that made me change our business over to 8x8 was the sales person....Kevin Ladewig. I was just kicking tires as the other service we used (Ring Central) didn't work well and the support was not good. I was surprised at Kevin's continual follow up. He was and has been fantastic! As an management tool, I can't think of anything better. I'm able to track the number of calls for each employee, length of time and origin of the call. This assures me that staff is performing proficiently using their time to the best use. Overall the system has made us more effective and very cost friendly!
We recently joined 8x8 in September. This was a very learning expierence for me. To set up all the systems and extensions and voice mail was challengeing. The Tech team was very great and understanding and took there time to either walk me thru something or fix it themselves. I would really like to thank them for all their help. We have three offices from Northern to Southern California and it is great that we can just transfer calls to individual extensions without having the customer hung up and call their servicing office
