The service, the price, and THE CLARITY of the line! We're paying 1/3 the price of a traditional phone system, AND we have more features, more options. and a texting service which is a must have for any business that deals with retail customers on the phone! We love it!!!

The thing I like most about 8x8 is the soft phone you can access on your computer that directly connects to the phone. This way you do not have to manually delete the voice-mail in two different places. It makes it very easy to listen to and respond to voice-mails from your computer.
I love the call quality and Virtual Office rocks the house!!!!!
I love that I can forward my calls to my cell phone!! It makes having my job at my fingertips that much easier!! Love it!
