I was with Vocalocity for 3 years and after coming across 8x8 the change was effortless , I live and work in Mexico and the service is just like being in Canada or the USA , all my client think I am still in Phoenix because I have a 480 area code , how jealous they would be to know I am in Puerto Vallarta mexico

I took a one month vacation from my "Northern Wisconsin" office to the tip of Florida known as Key West. None of my 1,000+ clients knew I was gone because I was able to receive and make all my calls from my IPhone and they came from my Office Phone.

We went from a very broken phone system in our contact center to VCC about 2 months ago and it was the BEST choice ever. Our customers are happy and we are happy to be able to provide the level of service they deserve. As the manager of our customer service department, I can say my job is now so much easier with the reporting and caller data available in VCC. I love the feature of just having to click the phone no. on the screen and it automatically dials. This feature says me lot's of time dialing since I make multiple calls daily.

Business-wide we've transitioned to 8x8, and it has made a difference. Not only was the transition seamless, it has greatly improved communications. Supervisors are easier to reach will out of office, communications/conferences between facilities is much easier, and the introduction phase was simple. We had 8x8 personnel in house instructing users and before long we were prepared. Our transition to 8x8, Inc. was a great choice.

8x8 is great! love the iPhone app. be able to make calls as if I was in my office from the road. saves us a ton on phone bill. great service!
