It's easy to use and feels just like a phone!
Several features are really attractive. 1. Portability - the ability to call from the computer, a hard phone, or the cell phone from the same number. 2. The meeting function - having the ability to schedule a conference call with up to 15 people is important. The call is clear and the setup is easy. 3. Having phone messages on the computer rather than just on the hard phone is also useful to listen away from the office desk.
The mobility and the price. Can't beat it.
My team is a remote team environment. 8x8 helps us to manage our calls during the day and meetings. It also helps us manage our availability and such. It is such a great tool, that we couldn't live without.
What I love most about 8x8 is that when someone leaves me a message i get an email with the voicemail attached. I don't have to login and read my messages! I just download the voicemail and listen, from anywhere i want!!
8x8 is the communication tool of today's businesses with hi-tech features that would not have previously been available to a small business like mine. I've referred this service multiple times to my clients and they are very happy with it as well.

I love having a central management console for all things VoIP. In the past we had many different systems at our remote sites that had no knowledge of one another. Our company has easier internal communication because of this system and the recent improvements to the VOD have been well received by our team.
Here at the Insurance works we love the 8x8 phone system that we have at our office! It is very user friendly. Some of the features that we love here at the office are how we are able to access our voicemails by e-mail when we are away from the office, as well as the 8x8 app available for smartphones, we love how we are able to answer incoming calls to the office when we are away from the office!
