Instead of keeping our old system we went with your modern "cloud" VOIP solution and almost overnight we went from a can and string system to a modern sophisticated one. We now have a wonderful modern call center and our desk phones work flawlessly. Should we need to forward our calls away from our desk phones we have the softphone, iPhone App and other options so we never miss a call. Hats off to you guys! I love the mobile app because of the freedom it gives me. I can work away from my desk and my clients can still get in touch with me as if I were in the office. For example, I'm currently in a different state and my clients are none the wiser.

Travelling while letting the client know we are always available and just a phone call away is what I love about 8X8. In a consulting business availability at the right time is the biggest advantage over competitors.

I have been on 8x8 less than a year, so there is still more to learn, but right away I was impressed with the many features this system has to offer. Better communication and more organization have helped save me time at work.
