8x8 offers an inexpensive, convenient alternative to the local phone company and local cable company voice options. Their support department is very knowledgeable and helpful and their online resources such as their website and account manager are very user friendly.

Faith Green makes VOIP super easy. I was nervous when I decided to go VOIP for my multiple offices. I chose 8x8 after thorough review of alternatives. A past colleague reported good results with 8x8, and if I had known about the assistance that would be provided to me at every turn, especially by Faith Green, I would have not even bothered researching. These days, customer service is the difference-maker. 8x8 isn't perfect, neither am I, and when there's a snafu, it gets worked out easily and with little if any disruption.
Excellent experience. My sales advisor Brent was awesome at explaining my different options. Once the phone arrived I had a few technical glitches but it turned out to be a problem on my network. The management interface is excellent and I'm impressed with the quality of the audio. Thanks.
