IT recruiting is all about listening. My 8x8 story starts last year when I accepted a 'work from home' role with a company in San Ramon, CA. I had no experience working outside of an office so I had to find a space in the house, buy a desk, etc. We dumped our home phone years ago, all I had was my cell. What do I love about 8x8? The first and most convenient aspect was as a new customer I was never by myself. The installation was simple and the technicians were always at your disposal to answer any question, even the same question over and over. As my business grew my 8x8 system grew without problems or issues. With multiple locations it was always difficult to keep workflow going when each location had a separate phone system. Moving to an VOIP system was a no brainer and I am glad I chose 8x8. From initial quotes and estimates by my sales rep, to the customer service reps, to the continued support by my sales rep I can say I have no complaints. Using 8x8 has made my business run much smoother and I am thankful for that.

I love the Take and Make: I can take calls and make calls from the office or with my cell phone app on the go :)

We love that we can set up conference call quickly & easily, everyone gets the email too! It's the best way to have a meeting.

I run a simple appraisal simple appraisal business. My job takes me all over the state, shuttling from town to town. This means that most of the time, my office phone is left all on it's lonesome back at the office. The 8x8 phone application has been a godsend. Turning it on, I can both receive and make calls as if I hadn't never left the office, all from the road.
