Great phone system Can use it as a forwarding system for my office phone with 8x8 and I've used it for small clients who need a virtual office number to make them look great.

As a manager at a small business, I don't have a lot of time to spend on things like Phone and VOIP. 8x8 lets me get new employees up and running quickly and has yet to go down. When there is a problem, customer service is always exemplary. This lets me spend time on the things that matter, growing my business and my clients businesses.

With the 8X8 Voips phones we have been well ahead of managing our budget by cutting costs and being efficiently able to not miss one single call whether we are out on vacation, on the road or away from our desks. The need for a receptionist has been eliminated and we have been able to use those monies towards upgrading our internet and other office necessities. I cannot imagine how our office would function without 8X8. Thank you soooo much! Sam S.

8x8 is great for us because we are always on the go but we can take our office with us. It allows us to communicate with other office staff and have a phone at my finger tips anywhere. I am always in the office with my 8x8.

I love being able to call an extension at one of our satellite offices. Being able to just beep someone in another office is great. And IF I go on any kind of extended business trip I can take the phone plug it in and continue to work.

I just love the way we can save our voice mail and attach them to our management system also that we are able to get an email when someone calls and leaves a message. I honestly don’t know what I would do without 8x8. I would recommend this to everyone small or big businesses. Thanks for everything 8x8.

What do I love about 8x8? The first and most convenient aspect was as a new customer I was never by myself. The installation was simple and the technicians were always at your disposal to answer any question, even the same question over and over. As my business grew my 8x8 system grew without problems or issues. The new features have allowed me as a small business owner is a sales organization I needed a method to monitor call quotas. 8x8 provided me this means. What I love the most about 8x8 is that I can take it with me anywhere. During last winter we had ice here in Texas and the roads were a mess. Had just moved from California I never experienced this type of weather before. There was no way we could make it to the office during this time. In previous occasions we'd take our IP phones home with us and plug them with the Ethernet and power cables all over the place. This past winter we couldn't get to the office to pick our phones up.
