I have been on 8x8 less than a year, so there is still more to learn, but right away I was impressed with the many features this system has to offer. Better communication and more organization have helped save me time at work.
As a manager at a small business, I don't have a lot of time to spend on things like Phone and VOIP. 8x8 lets me get new employees up and running quickly and has yet to go down. When there is a problem, customer service is always exemplary. This lets me spend time on the things that matter, growing my business and my clients businesses.
With the 8X8 Voips phones we have been well ahead of managing our budget by cutting costs and being efficiently able to not miss one single call whether we are out on vacation, on the road or away from our desks. The need for a receptionist has been eliminated and we have been able to use those monies towards upgrading our internet and other office necessities. 8x8 is great for us because we are always on the go but we can take our office with us. It allows us to communicate with other office staff and have a phone at my finger tips anywhere. I am always in the office with my 8x8.
I love being able to call an extension at one of our satellite offices. Being able to just beep someone in another office is great. And IF I go on any kind of extended business trip I can take the phone plug it in and continue to work.
I just love the way we can save our voice mail and attach them to our management system also that we are able to get an email when someone calls and leaves a message. I honestly don’t know what I would do without 8x8. I would recommend this to everyone small or big businesses. Thanks for everything 8x8.

IT recruiting is all about listening. My 8x8 story starts last year when I accepted a 'work from home' role with a company in San Ramon, CA. I had no experience working outside of an office so I had to find a space in the house, buy a desk, etc. We dumped our home phone years ago, all I had was my cell.
