8x8 is a "Class A" VoIP service provider. I work in the IT consulting world and deal with many different vendors quite frequently. Yes, I could certainly tell you some horror stories concerning other vendors. But truthfully, I have been extremely satisfied with the cost, product reliability and customer service we've received through our account rep Mr. Fischer. I would certainly recommend 8x8 to anyone. I love 8x8. They own all their own technology and now have over 100 patents in VOIP. 8x8 never has outages, and has wonderful U.S. Support. I would recommend anyone to 8x8 Inc. Some of my best friends and business partners have 8x8.

I am part of an organization that provides support to their clients in an on-site/off-site mixed model using resources all over the country and also out of the country. We use 8x8 and this allows us to provide our users a tool to reach us and us to reach them seamlessly, regardless of our location. It is ideal.

We started using 8x8 when I was traveling between two countries and needed a stable phone system, which was seamless from our clients perspective. We now have 6-employees all working remotely ... all using our 8x8 phone and mobile Apps when we travel. What I love the most, is receiving voicemail messages via email when I travel. No more calling in to check voicemails constantly. I know within a minute when someone has left a voicemail ... makes a huge impact on my business (and quality of life).
