With no experience in the hosted VoIP world, we tentatively placed our first order for 8x8 services in December of 2010. As the result of the superior experience with the sales, service and tech support, we migrated each of our offices as quickly as our contractual obligations would allow. Robin Cortez is fantastic. He is always immediately helpful.
We decided to make the leap in to VOIP. Working with 8x8 has been excellent. During the decision making, the salesman Jim Guise was great, felt like I made a friend. Through the conversion process their technical support was available, approachable, very practical and responsive. Our point of contact with 8x8 now is Robin Cortez, Account Executive. Been using the service for over 1 year. Very satisfied.
So far, our company is very satisfied with 8x8. Since converting from conventional phones to Voip systems, and web based applications, I have been really happy. More important, everytime I have called for support to understand an application or make a change, 8x8 has been outstanding. Shawna Marino has been excemplary. Every single time we have needed additions or changes, we never wait long at all, and she is always on top of my request. We are very happy we decided to switch to Packet 8x8. Thank you.
