It is AMAZING how much more efficient I can be because of 8X8 service! I especially like the FAX feature. Being able to fax directly from my computer save me so much time! I don't even have to make a cover sheet!! Receiving a fax on my computer is amazing as well. Its already saved for future reference (in case I can't put my hands on it right away!) Document control in the legal field can be challenging. I was sold on 8X8 from the start! Thank you.

Having 8x8 services has really changed our business for the better. No matter where we are, we can always pickup the call from a client without them even knowing that we aren't at our desks. No longer do we have to check in at the office or wait for a receptionist to give us voice mails as 8x8 takes care of immediately recording and emailing those messages to us. What I love the most about 8x8 is that they make us "small guys" feel like the "big guys." My company of 5 people has a more sophisticated phone system of some businesses with 50 or even 100 people. With a main number, two virtual lines per phone, and a fax number it's the equivalent of having 12 phones lines, but all for a fraction of the cost. Some of the other really useful features I are the andriod and iphone apps, voicemail to email, the conference calling bridge, dial by name directory, and easy call transferring.... read more

We love the conferencing function. Each of our employees has a conference line they can use for any multi-party calls and we also set up unique conference call lines for each project. It's made managing all our internal and client-facing calls way easier. We switched to 8x8 from RingCentral two years ago because of this feature!

My business loves the ease and versatility of the 8x8 service. Our small business benefits greatly from features like the virtual voicemail that can be received via emails, and the online dashboard options that can be easily adjusted to meet our needs. I love how easily my phone can be taken from my office and plugged in anywhere, so that I can continue working from home or the road while serving my customers. Quality of calls is amazing and being able to forward to our cell phones is critical for our business.
