From our account manager, Robin Cortez, to the virtual chat associates, I have nothing but the highest compliments for 8X8. The customer support is fantastic and they make using 8X8 very easy.
I just finished setting up another office with 8x8. Our account manager, Greg Smith. The entire process (including installation and setup) took less than 3 hours and my customers are totally blown away with all the new features they have. The TCO for the business including the extra lines we ordered was still half of what we paid ATT and with brand new equipment that requires no hardware outside of the phones themselves. Thanks again for making me looking good!
This is the second time I have had interactions with David. Initial was when we opened our first site late last year and again last week. The benefits and services of having an 8x8 IP phone system are compared to none. A MUST HAVE! We are a charity and every penny is very important to our mission. 8x8 helps us achieve maximum IP phone reliability at a cost we can afford.
I am a restructuring officer and retained by troubled, as well as non-troubled, business to assist in identifying and implementing meaningful cost-cutting protocols, and I routinely replace legacy, high-cost, high-upkeep multiple line systems with the more efficient, and cost-effective 8x8 system, saving my clients tens of thousands--and in some cases--hundreds of thousand dollars. Choosing 8x8 was easy for me. I was first introduced to them about 8 years ago by my brother. I subsequently used them for home phone service for a couple of years until I went cellular only. However, when I made the decision last year to start my own home based business, I came back to what I knew. Even having been a prior customer though did not prepare me for what I have now. A suggestion: Please work on a way for clients to log in and out. Whenever I leave the office I need to change the way calls are routed. From ringing only on my phone to ringing to all phones when I leave the office 4 to 5 times a day. Every time I come in or leave the office I need to go to: - “Virtual and Toll Free Numbers” - Go to “Edit” for each number - Wait for a confirm on each - Click “OK’ for each – Then I can leave so the phone will route to other offices.
