I love the fact there are apps for 8x8 on Apple products but also Android - the chat feature between co-workers is fab. I also love the efax. I truly have everything needed @ my fingertips to do my job effectively and efficiently.
Flexibility, I set up our company operation complete mobile and on a run and 70% depend on iPhone and Mac Book. Fact that 8X8 Apps work so well with our devices really a plus. Between the Fax and HIPAA compliant system, I couldn't imagine a better system for our company. Being a telehealth technology provider who just broke out into this ever-changing healthcare industry, 8x8 has taken care of so many of our concerns for the security in how doctors speak with patients.
I work from home which means my only means of communication with customers and other employees throughout the day is via my 8x8. I love the on screen features that show me who is available, who has called me and who I have called. The best part is being able to move around my home office, changing my view often, and all I have to do is grab my laptop and headset and go! Not perfect, but it's the best virtual phone system I've used. You must have a strong WiFi or mobile data connection for it to work smoothly.
