Great Customer Service and you can actually talk to a person instead of pushing bunch of numbers finally to be disconnected by your own service you are paying for it. Most of all cost effective and you can customize your phone service the way a business would like it to be.

What I love most about 8X8 is that regardless of where I am or what device I have with me, I can CHOOSE to take a call as if I'm sitting at my desk. I also appreciate the voicemail feature that lets me express an internal message as well as an external message. That allows the opportunity to utilize individual messages based on familiarity. I appreciate the flexibility.

8x8 allows me to work from home which is a dream come true. The accountant I work for mentioned me doing this a year ago and we finally worked out the logistics, the phone being a major issue. I am thankful that we partnered with 8x8 in order to make this happen.

I love the availability of the Virtual Office Desktop softphone. My business requires me to keep a log of all my calls and I like the convenience of everything on one screen. The Virtual Office Desktop softphone and MS Word will be open side by side on the computer screen. The Virtual Office Desktop softphone gives me hands free to multitask because I don't have to hold onto a handset phone.

I work for a company that has a maxed out phone system. When hired I wasn't given an office phone. 8x8 came to the rescue and delivered a few phones that overcame our problems. I love my new 8x8 phone and especially the iPhone app that lets me take calls when out of the office. Great product. So good, I'm recommending we adopt company wide as we search for our long term telephone solution.

I can go away for days at a time with only my toothbrush, my water bottle, and my iPhone with the 8 x 8 app loaded on it and be confident that I won't miss a thing. It's all there. Business as usual.
