overall my experience has been negative. The contact center needs 8x8 work as a separate app to be open which confuses our users a lot. And then there are too many call drops reported by the users during call transfers. The salesforce integration is poor.

I requested services for an issue with SMS and a few times I requested a call back a few times as I had followed all instructions given and no there was no resolution to the issue. The company never returned those calls and just kept communicating through email. Also when case was escalated and I was trying to do follow ups it seemed that the reps would not review notes and I felt I was starting from the beganing all over again. It was extremenly fustrating and took over two weeks to resolve.

As a business owner, I would NOT recommend 8x8 for business for the following reasons: Customer service is worthless, slow to respond and slow to fix any major or minor issues. Additionally, the service from the 8x8 app is terrible. Most of the time business calls are dropped or disrupted by shotty service, disrupting day to day business and often forcing my team members to use their personal cell phones instead... making 8x8 pointless and a waste of money. I suggest looking for phone lines elsewhere.

I struggle with not being able to alter the time off between calls to only be within minute intervals. Why not 90 seconds? or 2 min 30 seconds. Every second counts and when I have to give up 30 seconds on every call because 60 seconds is too short but 2 minutes is too long it adds up.

Great platform compared to other phone vendors I have used. Easy setup, great support via sales and service, lots of features and new features always coming up. Supported on a good amount of polycom devices. Far licensing model.
