We love getting voicemail right to our email! No more calling into and pressing a bunch or buttons to listen to a voicemail.
8x8 allows our business to easily share inbound sales opportunities through simple email forwarding. It also give me an opportunity via my office number from anywhere. Very simple.
As a self employed small business owner 8x8 made it possible for me to seamlessly move from Canada to the island of Roatan. I have the same great phone service and number for my clients regardless of where I am in the world. I particularly love that voice messages get sent to me by email as an attachment and I don't need to be online to listen to them.
The easy access to voicemails, call forwarding and instant messaging makes communications more efficient.
I never miss an important call, even when I'm away from the office. The email alert let me know who call me before I even listen to the voice mail.
This company is terrible! Can not get anyone to help with simplest tasks. On hold for hours; a really unsatisfied, unimpressed user of 8x8! Still on hold!
