Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Not only did the support reps on my first 2 interactions say "I have never seen this before" but then to get a manager on the phone to tell me that 'nothing's perfect' and I can't expect it to work in all cases. Then I get spoken down to from this manager as I am incompetent. All I did was sign up for the service and tried to use it on the 3 rd day of having it it and it didn't work. Poor customer service and virtually non existent technical support. The ACT plug in they offer does not work with the latest version of ACT and I have attempted to work with 8x8 since February, now 4 months and the problem is not resolved. Since I am cancelling my service the Tech support people have no interest in helping to provision my existing hardware to use elsewhere. I know this is not the place to vent this, but I just contacted 8X8 to sign-up for their service. last month i was searching for a VOIP service, i looked at all of them including 8X8; I ended-up signing up with Ring Central because years earlier i used their fax service and had no issues.
