8X8 is a bunch of crooks. They continued to bill me in spite of the fact that I cancelled the contract in May 2016. They billed me through October 2016 after I went with another phone company. The billed me over $3000.00 I tried to speak with them about it and it was like talking to a toilet , they flushed my complaint down the drain and kept my money. They are only about money they do not care about the customer.

First: We want to win 12.9 inch Apple iPad Pro alot! Last but not least: We switched to 8x8 from Ooma (unreliable phone connection that failed daily) after reviewing 6 different VOIP companies. Before that we switched from Cox Communications (horrible service, connection and quality of calls). The quality of service and the quality of phone connection is unbelievably great in 8x8!
