We went from a very broken phone system in our contact center to VCC about 2 months ago and it was the BEST choice ever. Our customers are happy and we are happy to be able to provide the level of service they deserve. I felt the service was terrific! Whenever I had questions they were answered quickly and with great detail on perhaps how I did not understand the account manager. I have been informed of how and what my new system does and I love it! I use many of the services that are available, at first just getting familiar with a VOIP system maybe be unfamiliar but I certainly feel the company did an excellent job helping me learn all my expectations of the services. I do like the webinar too. Thumbs Up!

Great VOIP option What do you like best? Support was amazing with helping me get everything setup. What do you dislike? Sometimes calls lagged but this was very minimal. What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized? It made multi location telcom office solutions streamlined with online pbx.

Works great once setup Using Galaxy Siii. This app works great with our 8x8 office phone system, once I got it setup right. It's a little light on instructions. It took a while to figure out I had to be assigned a line not just an extension in order to sign in and make/receive calls.

A suggestion: Please work on a way for clients to log in and out. Whenever I leave the office I need to change the way calls are routed. From ringing only on my phone to ringing to all phones when I leave the office 4 to 5 times a day. Every time I come in or leave the office I need to go to: - “Virtual and Toll Free Numbers” - Go to “Edit” for each number - Wait for a confirm on each - Click “OK’ for each – Then I can leave so the phone will route to other offices. I love having a central management console for all things VoIP. In the past we had many different systems at our remote sites that had no knowledge of one another. Our company has easier internal communication because of this system and the recent improvements to the VOD have been well received by our team.

I am a small business owner and was getting tired of my current phone companies charges (they rhyme with Comcast) so I decided to try VOIP. I signed up with another company, SendHub, and experienced a monumental amount of issues. Great app for its time I've used this app on several devices, both android and apple products, various internet speeds and it works pretty well for a VoIP (voice over IP) system. There are malfunctions to be expected when there are many components interacting with apps such as these. Overall the app's performance is above satisfactory.
